Production Support Engineer

• We are looking for an experienced Production Support Engineer with 6- 12 years of experience, specializing in Microsoft technologies (
• NET, Azure) and hands-on exposure to US Healthcare domain applications
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, reliability, and performance of production systems, providing L2/L3 support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure system uptime and compliance with SLAs
• The role includes monitoring applications, troubleshooting incidents, analyzing recurring issues, and implementing preventive measures
• The candidate should have a strong understanding of Azure Cloud Services (App Services, Azure SQL, Azure Functions), production monitoring, and performance tuning
• Experience with incident management tools like ServiceNow or JIRA, SQL database management, and familiarity with HIPAA compliance standards are essential
• Knowledge of DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps) and ITIL processes is preferred
