Production Support Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide L1-L2 support for production systems, ensuring high availability, performance, and timely resolution of technical issues. The candidate should have strong expertise in SQL/MySQL, Vue, Node, and ServiceNow, with additional knowledge in AWS, Lambda, and SSIS considered a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Provide L1-L2 support for production systems, ensuring system stability and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SQL/MySQL, Vue.js, Node.js, and ServiceNow.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
Collaborate with development teams to implement fixes, enhancements, and system improvements.
Write and optimize SQL/MySQL queries to support business requirements.
Document and maintain standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles.
Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support as required.
Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and operational guidelines.

Technical Skills

Mandatory / Core Skills:

SQL / MySQL – writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting queries
Vue.js – front-end application support
Node.js – back-end application support
ServiceNow – incident and change management
