Production Support Engineer

As a Production Support Engineer at FNZ, your role involves investigating and resolving complex operational issues affecting critical business processes. You will ensure seamless performance across systems and workflows by analyzing root causes, implementing preventative measures, and driving continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure that deployed applications function correctly and efficiently. - Conduct analysis, investigation, diagnosis, and problem-solving to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues. - Support testing and oversee the release process for production fixes and changes. - Facilitate smooth transitions from project support to production support for all changes. - Assist Service Managers in delivering FNZ services while meeting key performance indicators, service level agreements, and contractual obligations.
