Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff across. Plan, schedule, and assign production tasks to meet daily and weekly goals. Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to company standards and procedures. Ensure proper use and maintenance of machinery and tools. Implement and maintain 5S, lean manufacturing, and other efficiency practices. Identify and resolve production issues in a timely and cost-effective manner. Train new employees on standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and equipment use. Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, and documentation. Work closely with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Inventory teams. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
