Job Summary: The Production Executive will be responsible for supervising and managing the second shift operations in the Frozen Section. This role includes ensuring the efficient production of 7.5 to 8 metric tons of tapioca per day, overseeing the new vegetable processing station, and developing second-line staff. The position requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to meet production goals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Shift Management: Supervise and coordinate all activities during the second shift to ensure smooth and efficient production. o Monitor daily production targets and ensure timely delivery of 7.5 to 8 metric tons of tapioca. o Maintain high standards of quality and safety throughout the shift. 2. Production Oversight: Oversee the operations of the new vegetable processing station, ensuring seamless integration into the existing production line. o Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and production standards. 3. Staff Development: o Train and develop second-line staff to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce. o Foster a team-oriented environment and encourage staff to meet and exceed production goals. 4. Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance productivity. o Monitor equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. 5. Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet the company’s quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements. o Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high levels of quality control. 6. Safety and Compliance: Promote a culture of safety and ensure that all safety protocols are followedStay updated with industry regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety standards. 7. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including output, staff performance, and any issues encountered. o Provide regular reports to the Production Manager on shift performance and any areas of concern. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in food technology, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry. Proven leadership and supervisory skills. Understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using MS Office applications. Working Conditions: This position involves working in a cold storage environment.
