Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager ( Male) to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to strategize and execute effective sales plans. This role requires strong communication abilities, client relationship management, and a deep understanding of the sales cycle. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for upper management Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on go-to-market strategies Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs Set and track sales targets for individual reps and the entire team Attend industry events and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness Handle key client accounts and high-value negotiations when necessary Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred) 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and CRM tools Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets Experience in [insert specific industry or product/service, if applicable] Ability to travel as needed Looking Kerala Candidates Only Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Leave encashment Schedule: Day shift Night shift Experience: Direct sales: 5 years (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 100% (Preferred) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 24/06/2025 Expected Start Date: 01/07/2025
