Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement production plans to meet demand and quality targets.
Allocate resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and machinery.
Implement and maintain quality processes to ensure product standards across both sectors.
Optimize production processes to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
Monitor production costs while ensuring quality and safety compliance.
Oversee inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess.
Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and promote a safety-first culture.
Create and manage production schedules as per customer requirements.
Lead and supervise production teams, including guidance and performance evaluations.
Develop and conduct training programs for skill development and safety awareness.
Identify and resolve production issues through root cause analysis.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles.
Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory standards.
Plan, schedule, and supervise machinery and equipment maintenance.
Coordinate with suppliers and manage vendor relationships and contracts.
Identify opportunities to reduce waste and enhance operational efficiency.
Recommend and implement process improvements to boost productivity.
Ensure adherence to all industry and government regulations.
Analyze operational costs and recommend cost-saving measures.
Align production with market demand and product development goals.
Assess and plan production capacity expansions or adjustments.
Prepare and present regular reports on production and operational performance.
