Job Description

Job Title: Production Supervisor

Department:

1. Production Planning & Execution

Supervise daily production activities according to the production schedule.
Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
Monitor workflow and ensure timely achievement of daily targets.

2. Team Management

Oversee and guide workers/operators on the shop floor.
Assign daily tasks and ensure discipline, punctuality, and productivity.
Provide on-the-job support, coaching, and performance feedback.

3. Quality Assurance

Ensure products meet defined quality standards and specifications.
Coordinate with the QC/QA team for in-process inspection and corrective actions.
Implement measures to reduce rejection and rework.

4. Maintenance Coordination

Report any machine breakdowns immediately.
Follow up with the maintenance team for timely repairs and preventive maintenance.
Ensure machines are in optimal running condition during shifts.

5. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate production reports, shift logs, and downtime records.
Analyze production and performance data to highlight deviations and improvements.
Share detailed reports with management as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree in
Mechanical / Electrical / Production Engineering

1 - 3 years
of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong
leadership
,
team handling
, and communication skills.
Must have hands-on knowledge of
CNC & VMC machine setting
.
Good understanding of
safety protocols
and
quality standards
.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
