Job Title: Production Planning & Quality Control Executive

Location: jeedimetla, Hyderabad

Department: Operations

Experience Required: 2–3 years

Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage and coordinate activities across Planning, Quality Control, Purchase, and Subcontracting. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth production operations, maintain quality standards, manage procurement, and oversee subcontracted work to meet customer requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Planning

  • Develop and execute production plans based on customer orders and delivery timelines
  • Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to meet deadlines
  • Maintain accurate documentation for all planning activities for audit and reference

Quality Control

  • Conduct inspections at all stages: Inward, In-Process, Final, and Subcontract
  • Record inspection results and maintain traceable quality documentation
  • Prepare and share inspection reports with customers as per requirements
  • Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and customer specifications

Purchase

  • Identify and procure necessary materials for production in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, suppliers, and inventory levels
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of materials
  • Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment to avoid production delays

Subcontract Management

  • Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of outsourced work
  • Track and document all subcontracted production activities
  • Ensure quality and compliance of subcontracted components with internal standards

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control systems
  • Proficient in production planning and inventory management
  • Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and vendors
  • Ability to maintain detailed records and documentation
  • Familiarity with ERP systems or production tracking tools is a plus

Working Conditions

Full-time, on-site role at V3-Jeedimetla

May require occasional travel to vendor or subcontractor locations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,702.64 - ₹32,000.00 per month
