We're Hiring: Supply Planner 📍 Location: GRPPL Plant, Sanand, Ahmedabad 🏢 Department: Delivery Planning – India Market 🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or Pharmacy 🧠 Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience About the Role We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Planner to join our Delivery Planning team. This role is critical in ensuring seamless production planning, material availability, and timely delivery to meet market demands. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage monthly production plans in coordination with manufacturing to optimize capacity and meet demand. Monitor material availability and coordinate with procurement to address shortages proactively. Lead both short-term and long-term capacity planning, escalating issues to plant leadership as needed. Resolve supply chain exceptions by expediting orders, reallocating materials, and managing capacity constraints. Drive the Campus S&OP process, aligning supply and demand forecasts with operational and market needs. Coordinate new product launches and maintain regular visibility discussions with market teams. Plan and manage exhibit and trial batches, including material planning and readiness. Maintain batch master records and coordinate with regulatory bodies for product release. Analyze inventory trends and drive liquidation strategies for slow-moving and non-moving stock. Required Skills: Strong communication skills – both verbal and written. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities to work effectively with manufacturing, quality, and support teams. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP is essential. Show more Show less
