Job Description

• Develop and maintain detailed production plans and schedules in alignment with sales forecasts and resource availability.
• Monitor production workflow and capacity utilization to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Analyze production data to identify potential delays or bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with procurement, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure material availability.
• Optimize manufacturing processes to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, deliverers, and resource requirements.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in production planning control within Electronics manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in production planning tools and ERP systems
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills using Excel & google sheets.
