• Production Planning
• Coordinate and plan production activities to ensure timely delivery and alignment with monthly demand.
• Order Management
• Execute production orders as per the firm sequence and maintain pearl chain quality.
• CS and CKD Execution
• Ensure timely execution of CS and CKD orders in accordance with delivery timelines.
• Finished Goods Management
• Maintain sufficient levels of Finished Goods (FG) and Work-In-Progress (WIP).
• Identify and act promptly on any inventory gaps.
• Constraints Management
• Identify production constraints and adjust order execution to optimize output and resource utilization.
• Capacity Planning
• Align production capacity with forecasted demand to ensure smooth workflow and minimize bottlenecks.
• KPI Management
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive improvements using the DWM (Daily Work Management) methodology.
  

Collaboration and Analysis

• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Production, Supply Management, Quality, Procurement, and Logistics to ensure seamless operations.
• Performance Monitoring
• Track production performance, identify bottlenecks, and initiate improvement actions where necessary.
  

Qualifications

• Qualification - Bachelors / Diploma Degree in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering
• Experience - 8 to 10 Years experience in Production Planning in a Automotive / Manufacturing Organization
• Analytical Skills - Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed, data-driven decisions.
• Communication Skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving Skills - Proactive approach to resolving planning and scheduling challenges.
• Organizational Skills - Strong organizational abilities with excellent time management and prioritization.
• Technical Skills - Proficiency in production planning tools and systems such as ERP and MES.
