Job Description

Design, develop and optimize manufacturing processes for automotive components (e.g. stamping, machining, casting, plastic injection, assembly)
Ensure production cost targets, quality, yield, productivity and safety metrics are met
Work closely with R&D / Design / Quality / Tooling teams to ensure manufacturability of new products
Conduct process capability studies, FMEA (Failure Mode & Effects Analysis), root cause analysis and continuous improvement
Drive lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen projects to reduce waste, cycle time and cost
Monitor and improve equipment efficiency, uptime, and maintenance coordination
Prepare process documentation, work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Provide technical support during production, troubleshoot issues, propose corrective / preventive actions
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory norms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
