Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Production planning and execution:
Plan and execute production activities, set up machines, and manage workflow to meet production goals.
Process optimization:
Optimize die casting process parameters to ensure consistent quality, reduce cycle times, and minimize rejections.
Quality assurance:
Monitor SPC (Statistical Process Control), troubleshoot quality issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Continuous improvement:
Implement and mentor teams on best practices in areas like Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and Poka-Yoke.
Documentation and reporting:
Maintain accurate production records, process parameters, and master data.
Collaboration:
Work with cross-functional teams, including design, maintenance, and quality assurance, to resolve issues and support new product development.
Safety and compliance:
Ensure all die casting and tooling operations adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
Customer support:
Address customer quality concerns and collaborate with them to ensure satisfaction.
