Keep up to date with technological advances in casting processes and machinery, and make recommendations for upgrades or improvements. Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations in casting operations. Prepare regular reports for senior management on production performance, including KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), output, quality metrics, and any issues encountered during production. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Strong knowledge of casting processes, including die-casting, sand casting, and investment casting (GDC , LPDC , HPDC ). Familiarity with industry standards , including quality control, safety, and environmental regulations.
