Post - Manager Production Sofa Industry With experience Core Responsibilities: 1. Product Strategy & Planning: Define the product roadmap and strategy for new sofa collections, aligning with overall business goals and market trends.  2. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and emerging trends in the sofa market.  3. Concept Development: Generate innovative sofa design concepts, considering factors like aesthetics, functionality, comfort, and cost.  4. Design & Development: Oversee the design and development process, working closely with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders.  5. Prototyping & Testing: Manage the creation of prototypes, conduct testing to ensure quality and performance, and iterate on designs based on feedback.  6. Cost Management: Develop and manage budgets for product development, ensuring projects stay within cost targets.  7. Production Management: Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure smooth transition from design to production.  8. Supplier Management: Work with suppliers of materials and components to ensure quality and timely delivery.  9. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of designers, engineers, and other professionals involved in the NPD process.  10. Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with internal teams (sales, marketing, etc.) and external partners (designers, suppliers).  11. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations.  12. Launch Management: Coordinate the launch of new sofa products, working with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful market introduction.
