Production Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities to meet production targets and timelines.
• Ensure effective operation and maintenance of Boilers, Centrifuges, Dryers, Reactors, and other critical process equipment.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality Assurance (QA), and Quality Control (QC) departments for smooth operations.
• Monitor process parameters and ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, and safety norms.
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement corrective/preventive actions for continuous improvement.
• Maintain production records and ensure compliance with regulatory documentation requirements.
• Optimize manpower, materials, and machine utilization for cost-effective production.
• Conduct training sessions for operators and supervisors to enhance technical skills and GMP awareness.
• Participate in audits (internal/external) and ensure readiness for inspections by regulatory authorities.
• Review production reports and provide regular updates to management on performance, yield, and efficiency.

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Strong working knowledge of Boilers, Centrifuges, Dryers, Reactors, and other process machinery used in pharmaceutical production.
• Good understanding of GMP, cGMP, FDA, and other regulatory guidelines.
• Excellent leadership, planning, and team management skills.
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities to handle process deviations and equipment issues.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance schedules and utility management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
