The ideal candidate will oversee the entire production process — from planning to shipment — ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.
Plan and monitor daily production to achieve targets.
Coordinate with Merchandising, IE, Quality, and Cutting teams.
Drive productivity and efficiency on the shop floor.
Maintain strict quality and safety standards.
Implement Lean / 5S / Kaizen initiatives.
Lead, train, and motivate the production team.
Diploma / Degree in Textile or Garment Manufacturing.
5-8 years of experience in apparel production, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of sewing, finishing, and line management.
Proficiency in MS Office / ERP systems.
