Location: Hassan(Karnataka)Reporting To: Area Manager / Retail HeadAbout Technosport:Technosport is a leading athleisure and performance wear brand, delivering style, comfort, and performance through innovative products and premium retail experiences.Role Overview:The Store Manager is responsible for achieving sales goals, ensuring operational excellence, and leading the store team to deliver a premium customer experience at our flagship EBO store at Hyderabad.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Operations:Achieve and exceed store sales targets and KPIs.Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and store upkeep to brand standards.Analyze sales trends and implement growth strategies.Leadership & Team Development:Lead, motivate, and inspire the store team.Foster team spirit, collaboration, and accountability.Conduct regular training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.Customer Experience:Ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service.Resolve escalated customer concerns with a problem-solving mindset.Ownership & Proactivity:Take complete ownership of store performance.Identify operational gaps and act proactively to resolve them.Adaptability & Resilience:Thrive in a dynamic retail environment.Maintain a never-give-up attitude even in challenging situations.Skills & Qualities:Leadership & team spiritStrong ownership mindsetProblem-solving abilityAdaptability & resilienceTraining & development focusSales & operations expertiseProactive approachQualifications:2 to 5 years of retail management experience in fashion, sportswear, or lifestyle brands.Proven sales record.Strong communication skills in English and kannada
