Position: Jewellery Store Manager
Brand: Vasundhra Raj Luxury Jewellery
Location: Chandni Chowk, Delhi
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 (depending on experience)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Jewellery Store Manager to lead our premium store at Chandni Chowk, Delhi. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of fine jewellery and proven experience in managing luxury retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Handle inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards and operational policies.
• Coordinate with head office for reporting, staffing, and promotions.
• Train and develop store staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Jewellery Store Manager.
• Minimum 5 years of total experience in the jewellery industry.
• Strong knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, Polki, Kundan, and Jadau jewellery.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sense of luxury customer service and attention to detail.

Education: Graduate (preferred)
