Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Source candidates via portals, social media, referrals & agencies Track applicants in an ATS/recruitment tracker Conduct initial screening & coordinate technical rounds HR Processes Generate monthly MIS reports & basic HR analytics Facilitate exit interviews & offboarding clearances Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or Business Administration 1–3 years’ experience in TA & HR ops (manufacturing/garments a plus) Proficient in MS Office & HRMS platforms Strong communication & stakeholdermanagement skills Selfdriven, detailoriented & able to handle multiple priorities
Role Description: People with retail experience is mandatory to apply for this role Sales and Purchase Accounting: Manage sales and purchase transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Clear outstanding amounts promptly to maintain healthy cash flow. Purchase Order (PO) and Sales Order (SO) Management: Create and manage Purchase Orders and Sales Orders. Oversee Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) and Delivery Challans to ensure timely and accurate documentation- P2P process Petty Cash Handling and Accounting: Oversee petty cash transactions, ensuring all expenses are recorded and accounted for. Maintain an organized and transparent petty cash system. Expense Allocation: Allocate expenses accurately to the correct cost centers. Ensure all financial records reflect the appropriate cost center allocations for budgeting and reporting purposes. Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with GST (Goods and Services Tax) and TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) regulations. Stay updated on changes in statutory requirements and implement necessary adjustments in accounting practices. Statutory compliances related to stores : Ensuring all the statutory compliances related to retail stores and coordinating with consultants for getting compliances done. Reconciliation of petty cash with stores Reconciliations between billing softwares and accounting softwares
