Based in Shimla, it caters to diverse consumer preferences while maintaining high production standards. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager based in Shimla. The Production Manager will oversee the daily operations of the manufacturing process, including planning and supervising production schedules, managing inventory, ensuring quality control, and maintaining compliance with industry standards. They will be responsible for coordinating with teams to optimize efficiency, troubleshooting production-related issues, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols while maintaining high-quality standards. Qualifications Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and manufacturing practices. Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills to manage daily operations effectively. Experience in inventory management, resource allocation, and equipment maintenance. Proficiency in team coordination, leadership, and communication. Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance in manufacturing environments. Background in the food and beverages industry or related fields is advantageous. Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Food Technology, or a related discipline. Previous experience in a production or operations management role is preferred.
