Production Manager

As a Production Supervisor in the Namkeen Snacks Industry, your role will involve coordinating with the Store manager to verify RM/PM stock according to the production plan. You will be responsible for preparing the Production Plan and ensuring that your team executes the plan efficiently on every line. It will be your duty to liaise with HRD for the required manpower as per the production plan. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with the Store department for requisition of RM/PM and spare parts - Manage requisitions for return material in case of any changes or cancellations in the production plan - Supervise production movement and ensure adherence to the production plan - Check Bill of Materials (BOM) vs Actual Consumption on a daily basis - Maintain breakdown records in ERP Qualifications Required: - Experience in the Namkeen Snacks Industry - Strong organizational and leadership skills In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also be responsible for providing various training sessions such as GMP & Personal Hygiene Training, Food Safety Training, 5S Training, Quality Parameters Maintenance Training, and Training to reduce wastage during work. You will need to identify the required manpower for various tasks and provide motivational and work training to your team to ensure proper and careful work. Furthermore, you will be tasked with creating shift rosters for executives & operators, representing your team members in front of HOD's to encourage good working practices, maintaining CIP records, preventive maintenance records, maintenance records, breakdown records, and verifying production & wastage reports maintained by executives and FG records maintained by supervisors on a daily basis.
