Production Manager

You will be responsible for the activities related to the Production of Fine Grinding machines. This includes effective planning, organizing, monitoring, and controlling of the Production team to ensure timely completion of Machine Orders and delivering to the Customers in coordination with all the Cross-Functional Team (CFT) members. You will also be responsible for delivering Customer Orders for the Spares & Consumables. - Ensure high quality business activities with the shortest lead time & minimized cost for the organization - Plan & schedule machine fabrication, painting & assembly processes - Supervise employees, assign duties, ensure order of materials and consumables, minimize waste, inspect carried work, and ensure a safe workplace - Conduct detailed Order review for pre-production and production stages - Plan production schedule daily in line with demand from Customers - Coordinate with the Purchase department for material planning, collection, and delivery scheduling - Track material shortages and provide immediate actions - Coordinate with Sales / Customers to collect trial parts - Plan and carry out trials with suitable Work Carriers designed by Engineering - Consolidate trial Reports along with inspection details - Ensure results achieved as per Customer specifications - Identify delivery exceptions and provide alternative solutions - Generate reports on production output for management analysis - Develop process improvements for inventory, manufacturing, and production control systems - Evaluate production control activities to ensure final product meets customer specifications - Plan equipment, material, and manpower requirements to meet production plan - Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed and work with employees to implement company's policies and goals - Collate and analyze data, putting together production reports for management - Review employees" performance and identify training needs periodically Qualification Required: - Graduate / Postgraduate in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics (BE / BTECH) - Experience: 6 to 9 years for Asst.
