Job Description

Objectives:

Responsible for the activities related to the Production of Fine Grinding machines which includes the effective planning, organizing, monitoring, and controlling of the Production team to provide the timely completion of the Machine Orders and delivering to the Customers in co-ordination with all the Cross-Functional Team (CFT) members and responsible to deliver the Customer Orders for the Spares & Consumables.

Key Responsibilities:

· Ensuring high quality business activities with shortest lead time & minimised cost for the organization

· Plan & schedule the activities of machine fabrication, painting & assembly processes and supervise employees, assign duties, ensure the order of materials and consumables, minimize waste, inspect carried work and ensure a safe workplace

· Detailed Order review for the pre-production (planning) stage along with CFT Reports as well as for the production (control and supervision) stage

· Plan and draw up a production schedule on daily basis in line with demand from Customers for the Machines.

· Plan production control activities to improve runtime while maintaining high quality, timely delivery

· Work with Purchase department in material planning, collection of materials, and delivery scheduling to meet the production plan.

· Track material shortages and provide immediate actions

· Co-ordination with Sales / Customers to collect the trial parts

· Planning and carrying out trials with suitable Work Carriers designed by Engineering

· Consolidation of the trail Reports along with inspection details

· Ensuring the results achieved as per Customer specifications

· Identify delivery exception and provide alternative solutions

· Generate reports on production output to the management for analysis

· Develop process improvements for inventory, manufacturing, and production control systems

· Evaluate production control activities to ensure that final product meets customer specifications

· Plan equipment, material, and manpower requirements to meet production plan

· Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed always work with the employees to implement the company's policies and goals

Collate and analyse data, putting together production reports to the management
Review employees’ performance and identify the training needs periodically

Background & Skills

· Graduate / Postgraduate (BE / BTECH – Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics)

· Experience: 6 to 9 years for Asst. Manager & 10 to 15 years for Manager, preferably in the Machines / SPM Manufacturing Company

· Able to demonstrate Strong Teamwork

· Hands on Experience in similar Machines / SPM Manufacturing Industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
