Textile Production Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and manage the daily production schedule to meet business objectives.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff and shift supervisors.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols.
Monitor production output, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
Liaise with procurement, quality control, and warehouse departments.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
Maintain accurate production reports and documentation.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:
Graduate in any discipline (degree in Textile Technology/Engineering preferred).
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a textile production or similar role.
