Production Manager

Job Description

Ø Ensure a safe working environment by implementing safety protocols, providing training, and monitoring compliances Ø Leading the team of Production, PPC, Quality & Maintenance Ø Cross functional team Co-ordination with HR, NPD, Stores & Inventory and Dispatch Ø Monitoring daily Operations and ensure smooth functioning Ø Create and manage detailed schedules, ensuring timely completion of all production tasks Ø Determine the resources needed (labour, materials, equipment) and allocate them effectively by optimizing processes & addressing bottlenecks Ø Ensure and maintain track record for higher yield Ø Data analysis and performance monitoring of Production and Maintenance ; Identify key factors and ensure continual improvement Ø Identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline Process flow to enhance efficiency and productivity Ø Implementing and maintaining quality control measures to ensure product & process meet required standards Ø Motivating, leading, and developing teams to achieve operational goals. Ø Monitoring budgets for the departments, ensuring that spending stays within budgetary limits Ø Ensuring the smooth flow of goods from Raw material inward to customers shipment Ø Identifying and resolving operational issues and challenges in a timely and effective manner Ø Communicating effectively with team members and other departments Ø Training, and managing staff to ensure that the operations department is competent Ø Resolving conflicts within the operations department and between departments Job Type: Permanent Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Rotational shift Application Question(s): how many years of experience you have as a Production Manager Work Location: In person
