Job Description: Junior Engineer – Screen Printing & Screen Making Location: Chennai Experience: 3+ Years Notice Period: 0 to 30 days Job Description : Operate and manage screen printing machines for production tasks Prepare screens using emulsion coating, exposure, and washing techniques Ensure proper registration, color accuracy, and design consistency Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of printing equipment Coordinate with design and production teams for smooth workflow Monitor and manage ink, screens, and related material stock Troubleshoot printing or screen-related technical issues Follow safety and quality standards in all operations Prepare and maintain high-quality printing screens (emulsion coating, exposure, washing, reclaiming). Ensure color accuracy, alignment, and design integrity in all printed materials. Perform preventive maintenance on screen printing equipment. Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure output meets quality standards. Maintain stock of screens, inks, tools, and chemicals. Troubleshoot issues in screen making and printing processes. Adhere to safety and quality protocols in screen printing operations.
