Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day production operations in the knitted fabric division.
• Ensure smooth workflow, quality control, and timely delivery of production targets.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and quality teams for efficient execution.
• Implement best practices to improve productivity, reduce downtime, and manage manpower efficiently.
• Monitor machine performance, maintenance schedules, and overall factory discipline.
• Maintain compliance with safety and labor regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a production role within the knitted fabric segment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Hands-on experience in factory floor supervision, process optimization, and production planning.
• Familiarity with textile machinery used in knitted fabric production.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
