Job Title: Field Sales Executive Location: Chandigarh Company: Himalayan Ice Cubes by JS Enterprises About Us: Himalayan Ice Cubes, founded in 2025, is a premium ice solutions brand delivering crystal-clear, hygienic, and long-lasting ice cubes to hotels, restaurants, bars, events, and retail outlets. We are looking for enthusiastic sales professionals to help expand our presence in the Tricity region. Key Responsibilities: - Generate sales by approaching hotels, restaurants, cafés, bars, and retail outlets in the Tricity area. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure consistent business. - Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while expanding the client base. - Conduct market visits across Chandigarh, Mohali & Panchkula to identify new opportunities. - Collect payments on time and maintain accurate records of sales activities. - Represent Himalayan Ice Cubes professionally and strengthen our brand presence. Requirements: - Experience: 1–2 years in field sales (FMCG, beverages, or HoReCa preferred). - Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer handling. - Must Have: Own two-wheeler/vehicle and willingness to travel extensively across the Tricity region. - Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently in the field. - Basic knowledge of sales reporting/documentation. - Incentives and petrol allowance

Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services to make effective recommendations and answer customer questions. Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed individual and team sales quotas and targets. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries, handling complaints, and offering support throughout the sales process. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and customer information in CRM systems. Market Awareness: Keep abreast of industry trends and customer preferences to provide feedback to management and adapt sales strategies. Key Skills Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with customers and clearly explain product benefits. Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to handle objections and persuade customers to make a purchase. Sales Acumen: A consultative and customer-oriented approach to sales, identifying needs and offering suitable solutions. Product Knowledge: The ability to quickly learn and retain information about products and services.
