The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the garment industry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day production operations effectively. Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and control the manufacturing process to ensure timely production. Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to meet deadlines. Ensure product quality standards are maintained throughout the production cycle. Coordinate with design, cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing departments. Manage production staff, provide training, and ensure optimal performance. Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods. Identify areas for process improvement to maximize efficiency and reduce costs. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Handle production documentation and reporting to management. Resolve any production issues or delays promptly. Requirements: Male candidates only. Age between 30 to 45 years. Minimum 5+ years of experience in garment/textile production. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent knowledge of production planning, quality control, and process optimization. Good communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent requirements. Salary: Attractive package based on experience.
