Production Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Planning & Execution:
• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
• Ensure optimal resource utilization (manpower, materials, machines).
• Monitor production to ensure targets and deadlines are met.
• Quality & Compliance:
• Ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with the QA/QC team to resolve quality issues promptly.
• Team Management:
• Lead and supervise production staff; ensure proper training and development.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor workforce performance and handle disciplinary actions if required.
• Cost Control & Efficiency:
• Identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
• Reduce waste and downtime; improve machine utilization.
• Monitor production costs and adjust workflows as needed.
• Health, Safety & Environment (HSE):
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.
• Promote a safe working environment.
• Reporting & Communication:
• Maintain production logs and reports.
• Liaise with procurement, maintenance, logistics, and quality teams.
• Provide regular updates to senior management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
