Production Manager

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the manufacturing process for our ( Premium Kitchen & Wardrobes ) modular factory, with a focus on cut list management . The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production workflows, optimize material usage, and maintain high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Cut List Management: Develop and maintain accurate cut lists to optimize material usage and minimize waste. - Production Planning: Create and implement schedules to meet project deadlines. - Resource Allocation: Manage human and material resources efficiently. - Quality Control: Ensure modular units meet industry standards. - Process Optimization: Identify and implement efficiency improvements. - Team Leadership: Supervise production staff and conduct performance reviews. - Safety Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations. - Collaboration: Work closely with design and engineering teams to facilitate production. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience in modular manufacturing or production management. - Strong understanding of cut list management and workflow optimization. - Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in production management software. Preferred Skills: - Lean Manufacturing principles. - Inventory Management expertise. - Safety Compliance knowledge. - Process Improvement strategies.
