Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Salem for a Production Manager. The Production Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure the efficient use of resources, and manage staff. Responsibilities include planning and organizing production schedules, assessing project and resource requirements, ensuring health and safety regulations, and coordinating with different departments to improve production efficiency. The Production Manager will also be responsible for liaising with clients to meet their needs and ensure timely delivery of products.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing manufacturing operations and supervising staff
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles
• Ability to ensure health and safety regulations are met
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using production management software
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• Experience in the doors and windows industry is a plus
