Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Executive located in Kochi. The IT Executive will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, managing network administration, overseeing IT operations, and ensuring efficient information technology systems. Daily tasks will include system maintenance, network configuration, and responding to technical queries to maintain smooth business operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support
• Experience in Network Administration and IT Operations
• Strong knowledge in Information Technology systems and infrastructure
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Certifications such as CompTIA, MCSE, or CCNA are a plus
