Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager located in New Delhi. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. Daily tasks include managing production schedules, maintaining quality control standards, coordinating with various departments, implementing safety protocols, and improving production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Qualifications Experience in production management, manufacturing processes, and quality control Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proficiency in using production management software and tools Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in the manufacturing industry Effective communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or related field Experience in the plastic or packaging industry is a plus
