Production Manager

Al Rahi Group is looking for a passionate and experienced Production Supervisor / Production Manager to join our growing team.

📍 Experience: 2–5 years in a similar field (preferably in food production or factory operations)

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality

Lead and guide production staff to achieve performance targets

Manage production schedules, raw materials, and workflow

Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

Collaborate with other departments for smooth operational flow

Requirements:

Strong leadership and communication skills

Practical experience in production or factory management

Ability to manage challenges and meet deadlines
