Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Production Manager with 15-20 years of experience in electronics manufacturing. The Production Manager will oversee daily production processes to ensure efficiency, maintain quality standards, and achieve output targets. Responsibilities include managing workflows, coordinating staff, monitoring production schedules, implementing improvements, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and troubleshooting operational challenges. The role will also focus on optimizing resources and leading production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in PCB design, SMT assembly processes, and Thru-Hole component assembly
• Experience in equipment operation and process optimization for systems like solder paste printers, AOI machines, and wave soldering systems
• Proficiency in production planning, workflow management, and team supervision
• Knowledge of quality control processes and compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 standards
• Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical and operational challenges in manufacturing
• Strong communication, team leadership, and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or a related engineering discipline; higher qualifications will be an asset
• Experience in automotive, telecom, or medical electronics manufacturing is advantageous
