Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager based in New Delhi. The Production Manager will oversee daily production operations, including planning and managing production schedules, ensuring quality control, supervising production staff and artisans, and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely and efficient execution of projects. The role includes managing resources, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations while meeting production targets and maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

. Minimum 1 year or more experience in handling production with Indian wear brand.

• Proven experience in production planning, scheduling, and workflow management
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise staff effectively
• Knowledge of quality control processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in production management software and tools like excel
• Understanding of Indian wear traditional craftsmanship techniques
• Bachelor's degree in fashion design, Business Management, or a related field; experience in fashion or manufacturing is highly preferred
