Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Production Manager to lead and oversee daily operations in our dairy production facility. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless production processes, adherence to quality and safety standards, and drive operational efficiency across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and control daily production operations as per production schedules.
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, and ISO quality and safety standards.
• Lead and supervise production teams across all shifts to meet targets efficiently.
• Coordinate with maintenance, QA, and inventory teams for smooth plant operations.
• Monitor production KPIs, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain production documentation for audits and compliance checks.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives for productivity and cost optimization.
• Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and workplace safety.

Requirements

• Qualification: B.Tech / B.Sc in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in dairy or food manufacturing (dairy experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality system implementation.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
