SR SEATING PRIVATE LIMITED Job Description: Dispatch Executive Location: Manufacturing Unit Reporting Manager: General Manager Roles & Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage the dispatch of goods and services. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers. Monitor and track shipments, providing status updates as needed. Communicate effectively with logistics providers, drivers, and warehouse staff. Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and prepare necessary reports. Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the dispatch process. Implement and enforce policies and procedures to improve dispatch operations. Delivers items to customers by verifying orders. Inventory stock. Arranges transportation. Organises item order by editing for price, promotions, and weight compliance. Arranges shipments by checking stock to determine inventory levels, anticipating delivery requirements, and placing/expediting orders. Ships items by examining items, destination, route, rate, and delivery time; orders carriers. Verifies items shipped by matching bills of lading, reconciling quantities, and noting discrepancies.
