Key Responsibilities
As the Production Incharge/Engineer, you will be responsible for the overall output and management of the batch plant operations, ensuring the efficiency and adherence to all operational standards established for the Production Supervisors.
1. Operational Excellence & Production Targets
Drive Production Efficiency:
Direct and coordinate the supervisors' efforts to ensure a target of 28 batches per month
is met by minimizing shutdown time and non-process time through effective planning and coordination with the maintenance team.
Material and Capacity Management:
Oversee the supervisors' activities to ensure the accurate physical weighing, counting, and loading of raw material to meet the target capacity of 10+ tonnes per batch
.
Process Optimization:

Permit and Compliance Oversight:
Guarantee that work does not begin without a valid HOT WORK PERMIT
and oversee supervisors to ensure timely fire tender calls when necessary.
Quality Control:
Supervise the accurate weighing and recording of output materials (carbon, steel) and ensure carbon samples are sent to the laboratory for testing and tagged according to the lab report.
Equipment Readiness:
Verify that all equipment (reactors, nitrogen plant, instruments) is fit for operation, properly maintained, and functioning, including the calibration schedule of all instruments.
3. Team Leadership & Supervision
Supervisory Management:
