About the Company: Bhagwati Product Limited is a leading electronics manufacturing company engaged in producing mobile phones and electronic components for renowned brands such as Vivo, Oppo, and Lenovo. Job Role & Responsibilities:Selected candidates will undergo training and practical exposure under the D.Voc (University Program). Responsibilities will include: Mobile Phone Assembly: Perform component fitting, assembling of circuit boards, and mobile parts on production lines. Testing Operations: Conduct basic functional and quality tests on assembled mobile units. Quality Inspection: Inspect components and final products for defects to ensure compliance with quality standards. Soldering and Component Handling: Assist in soldering small electronic components and ensure proper placement. Packaging and Dispatch: Handle packing, labeling, and final dispatch of finished goods. Machine Operation: Operate basic manufacturing and testing machines safely and efficiently. Workplace Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and order in the assigned work area following company 5S and safety standards. Reporting: Update daily production reports and communicate any faults or issues to the supervisor. Eligibility Criteria:Qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass Age Limit: 18 to 25 years Gender: Male Candidates Only Compensation & Benefits (For 12-Hour Shift): Base Stipend: ₹11,021 per month Overtime (3 hrs/day): ₹106 per day Attendance Bonus: ₹2,000 per month Joining Bonus: ₹1,500 (One-time) Performance Bonus: ₹1,000 per month Facilities: Free Canteen & Bus Transportation Bus Boarding Points-( Surajpur Red Light, Tushyaana , LG Goal Chakker, Jagat Farm, Alpha-1, Pari Chock, Grand Venice Mall, Kasna)  Program Details: Program Name: D.Voc (University Program) This program provides hands-on industrial training, skill development, and certification under the Dual Vocational Education framework, combining classroom learning with practical work exposure.
