Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the plastic moulding department
  • Manage and supervise production staff
  • Ensure production targets are met and maintain high-quality standards
  • Optimize production processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols
  • Monitor inventory levels and order raw materials as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training for team members
  • Investigate and resolve any production issues or equipment malfunctions
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role
  • Have experience ASB Brand Machines
  • Experience in plastic moulding manufacturing preferred
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
