Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Head of Production,

The head of production will oversee day-to-day production operations.
Manage production planning, and ensure that our operations meet quality and efficiency standards.
Responsibilities include managing the production team,
Planning and executing production schedules, overseeing budget allocation, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Preferred candidate profile:

Education:
M. Pharma (Pharmacognosy/Phytochemistry) or B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering.
Experience:
Minimum
8+ years
in the
herbal
,
food processing
, or
pharmaceutical
sector.
Knowledge of
organic processes
and
GMP standards
is essential.
Strong communication skills in
English
written and verbal.
Experience in preparing documentation and handling audits.
Innovative, solution-oriented, and proactive leadership style.
Willingness to
relocate near Anniyalam
(Hosur) and work in shifts, as required.
Skills in Production Planning and Production Management
Experience in Operations Management and Team Management
