Production Head

Key Responsibilities:

1). Production Planning and Scheduling:
Developing and implementing production plans and schedules to meet demand and deadlines.Coordinating with other departments (e.g., sales, procurement, logistics) to align production with overall business objectives.Assessing resource requirements (labor, materials, equipment) and ensuring their availability.2). Production Management and Control:Overseeing the entire production process, from start to finish, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.Monitoring production progress, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to optimize workflows.Ensuring adherence to quality standards and implementing quality control procedures throughout the production cycle.3). Resource Management:Managing production budgets and controlling costs to maximize efficiency and profitability.Allocating resources effectively (personnel, materials, equipment) to meet production demands.Overseeing maintenance and repair of production equipment to minimize downtime.4). Team Leadership and Management:Supervising and managing production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.Fostering a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.Identifying training needs and organizing relevant training sessions to enhance team capabilities.5). Safety and Compliance:Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment.Conducting regular safety inspections and implementing corrective actions to prevent accidents.Ensuring that all production activities adhere to environmental regulations.6). Continuous Improvement:Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.Analyzing production data and metrics to identify areas for optimization.

Pay: ₹12,054.32 - ₹56,441.30 per month
