Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Monitoring the SOP for Bread and Bakery on the shop floor (Production to Packaging)
Preparation of weekly and daily production charts as per production plan
Routine and Periodic checking of operating parameters and equipments like Mixer, WTS & M, Oven, Baking times/logs as per agreed standards.
Production Shift Management by deploying adequate manpower (Time office and Leave Planning)
Elimination/Reduction of raw material and produce variance by monitoring Output v/s STD Input.
Eliminate Process wastage caused due to improper handling of material and process
Maintenance of safety and hygiene at workplace (Shop floor)
Preparation of MIS related to Production (Shifts) and variance analysis)
Coordinating with the maintenance department for preventive and proactive maintenance to avoid breakdown
Ensure quality standards and controls during production (Raw material, product recipes and process time)
Minor trouble shooting
Monitoring Energy Efficiency through control of process parameters like oven temperature
