• Responsible for Safety, Quality at production areas• Monthly production planning requirements preparation & Equipment scheduling• Daily production planning against the ROL requirements• Handling and monitoring of batch card generation through SAP & PO closure on time• Handling of RFG material and coordinate with R&D for consumption• Weekly review with FM against the ROL fulfilment and material shortfall• Weekly review on CPL, RFG consumption• Daily manpower requirement planning and managing with contractors• Monitoring SAP entries hygiene and performing variance control through weekly corrections• Monitoring of yield loss percentage and corrective action taken on batch losses• Responsible for batch manufacturing with standard quality and cost effective• Responsible for internal and external audit points closure• Responsible for manpower utilization• SOP creation, update whenever is required• Responsible for new process implementation ponsibilities for this role.
