Role & responsibilities: : Monitoring the SOP for Bread and Bakery on the shop floor (Production to Packaging) Preparation of weekly and daily production charts as per production plan Routine and Periodic checking of operating parameters and equipments like Mixer, WTS & M, Oven, Baking times/logs as per agreed standards. Production Shift Management by deploying adequate manpower (Time office and Leave Planning) Elimination/Reduction of raw material and produce variance by monitoring Output v/s STD Input.
