Role Description

Vishnu Delight

hands-on experience in food manufacturing

Location: Ranchi, Jaipur

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily production schedules for

  makhana and dry fruits processing & packaging

  .
• Ensure the availability of raw materials and maintain inventory levels.
• Supervise production staff and ensure adherence to quality and hygiene standards.
• Monitor productivity, quality checks, and minimize wastage.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Maintain production reports and suggest process improvements.
• Ensure all production targets are met within timelines.
• Support implementation of

  FSSAI, GMP, and HACCP

  compliance.

Qualifications

• Education:

  B.Tech / M.Tech / Diploma in

  Food Technology

  (preferred).

• Experience:

  3–5 years in

  food manufacturing

  , with

  mandatory experience in makhana, cashew, or other dry fruits processing

  .

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of roasting, grading, and packaging processes for makhana/dry fruits.
• Understanding of

  food safety and quality control systems

  .
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage teams and meet production deadlines.
